Located within the community at 9760 E. Cadence Parkway, the Resident Services Office is open Monday and Wednesday from 8am to 3pm. and Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 10am to 3pm. Chrystal Onacki, Community Manager

Chrystal is a proud Arizona native who grew up just minutes from Cadence. A graduate of Queen Creek High School, Chrystal has always had a passion for community and service. Chrystal attended University of Phoenix, majoring in Business Management. She has 8 years of experience in master plan community management and is complimented by her over 15 years of municipality experience.

Chrystal is thrilled to bring her deep expertise and passion for community engagement to this vibrant neighborhood. She looks forward to getting to know the residents and continuing to foster a strong, connected, and thriving community.

Rosalie Lamentola-Ayala, Resident Service Coordinator

Rosalie is a native Houstonian, relocating to Arizona over twenty years ago. She has numerous years of hospitality, event planning and administrative experience.

Rosalie is joining the Cadence team after transferring from another CCMC community, where she served as the Administrative Coordinator for the past three years. Her organizational skills, HOA background and welcoming demeanor promote a collaborative community atmosphere.

Outside of work, Rosalie enjoys rockhounding. Also, her furry, feathered and finned family keep her quite busy!

Justin Wine, Maintenance Coordinator

Justin is the onsite Maintenance Coordinator for Cadence. His responsibilities include building upkeep including coordination of our landscape, pool and cleaning vendors. We are happy to have him join the team as our on-site fixer-upper to keep Cadence looking top-notch and running smoothly!

Justin has 10 years of experience in machine and automotive maintenance, equipment installation, and plumbing. He also brings experience in landscaping and car maintenance.

In his free time, he enjoys 4x4 off-roading and playing video games. He believes in doing the job right the first time, so you don't have to do it twice.
