The Association is responsible for maintaining common areas, including walls, landscaping, parks and playground equipment, and community amenities. If you observe a concern in the community that needs to be addressed, please complete the maintenance request form online.

Fill out the online amenity request form. Your request cannot be completed without attaching the first page of one of the following homeowner verification documents: 

Liability waivers are to be completed by each adult living in the household that are 18 and older. In addition, we ask that one is completed by an adult for each youth 17 and under in order to use the amenities at The Square. All guests using the amenities with homeowners complete a waiver as well and submit to the HOA office at cadence@ccmcnet.com

All exterior additions, improvements, and modifications to your front yard or backyard must be pre-approved by the Association's Design Review Committee. Please submit a Design Review Application, plot plan, and supporting documentation for review. All documents must be submitted in PDF format. For additional information about the Design Review process and to review the Residential Design Guidelines, please visit the Design Review page.

Check the calendar on the Cadenceazlife.com website as all rentals are listed by date, time and room. The calendar is updated weekly. For amenity rental information, you will find the amenity information and rental application under resident services, amenity rentals. 

Please visit the Amenity Rental page for all details and the application. Once you complete a rental application, return it to cadence@ccmcnet.com.

The City of Mesa has a barking dog ordinance and has the authority to immediately enforce.  

The Management Team is on-site Monday & Wednesday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Please call your HOA after-hours contact number at 800-274-3165 to report any issues, concerns within the community and/or amenity areas.
